All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal fixed-duration meetings or any other means, with the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in relation to the provision of the Company's declared services/products, in accordance with and subject to the laws in force in QLD, Australia. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they, are considered interchangeable and therefore refer to the same.

Privacy Statement

ManPower is committed to protecting your privacy. Authorized personnel within the company, on a need-to-know basis, use only the information collected from individual clients. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our clients.

Confidentiality

Any information regarding the Client and their respective Client Records may be passed to third parties. However, Client records are considered confidential and will therefore not be disclosed to third parties. Clients have the right to request access to and copies of any and all Client Records that we hold, provided we receive reasonable notice of such request. Clients are advised to retain copies of any literature issued regarding the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we will provide Clients with appropriate written information, brochures, or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both parties.

We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to third parties nor will we use your email address for unsolicited correspondence. Any emails sent by this Company will be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.

Disclaimer

Exclusions and Limitations
